This was truely a fun job, great family to work around, and a fun dog that just loves Hank.
Had a bit of rot on the area next to a sliding glass window. By the time we tore it out, part of the plate and ledger needed to be replaced. The stucco patch was almost completely un-noticable and the new slider with it's blinds inside the glass is pretty cool.
Before we were done we found a drain line that had the crawlspace flooded and got to crawl around and deal with that.
Great fun, great Customers, Great Job, who could ask for more.
